1. About this notice

This notice describes the Xchange Fashion marketing website, its private-beta application, newsletter signup, and contact form. It does not cover the separate membership application, event-ticketing services, social networks, or other third-party websites. The older GoDaddy website may use different providers and settings.

2. Information collected through this website

Beta applications: first and last name, email address, selected role, optional marketing choice, and submission and consent records.
Newsletter requests: email address, opt-in record, signup source, and submission date. Collected addresses are not verified for email ownership.
Contact inquiries: name, email address, optional referral source, message, and the page the inquiry came from. Coarse device type and browser language may be included when available.
Technical and security information: hosting and email services process information needed to deliver and secure the website. Email providers may process delivery and security information according to their own policies.

The marketing forms do not request payment details, passwords, identity documents, or precise location. Please do not send sensitive personal information in a free-text message.

3. How the information is used

Information supports beta-application administration, responses to inquiries, requested community updates, and the operation and protection of this website. Newsletter consent is separate from applying for the beta. Leaving the optional updates box unchecked does not cancel an earlier subscription.

Waitlist requests, newsletter requests, and inquiries are prepared in your email app and are sent only when you choose to send them. Copies remain in your sent mail and recipient inboxes; this website does not save form submissions in a website database.

Hosting and email providers process information to operate their services. Review the privacy practices of your email provider before sending personal information.

Opening Instagram, LinkedIn, event services, or the membership application takes you to a separate service with its own terms and privacy practices. The current marketing code has no advertising-pixel or data-broker integration.

5. Cookies, logs, and tracking

The website’s hosting, preview-access, and security services may use technical cookies, local storage, request logs, and similar technologies. The application does not currently implement a response to browser Do Not Track signals.

6. Storage, retention, and security

Information is handled through email. No website or email service can guarantee absolute security.

Inbox messages, backups, and provider logs do not have a universal automatic deletion deadline. Contact us with questions about retention or to request deletion.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask about your information, request corrections or deletion, or ask to be removed from optional marketing updates by contacting the Xchange Fashion team. Identify the email address used and the nature of your request; do not send identity documents unless an appropriate verification process has been arranged.

Applicable law may provide additional privacy rights. Contact us about exercising those rights. Marketing campaigns are not currently active; newsletter signup records interest in future updates.

8. Children and age eligibility

The marketing site presents a professional creative community, but its forms do not currently verify age. If you have questions about age eligibility or believe a child has provided personal information, contact the Xchange Fashion team so the team can investigate.
